DESCRIPTIVE

As a business manager, you will contribute to the growth of our three core activities: engineering, consulting, and training, across three dimensions :

Development:

  • Build and grow your activity portfolio across the hydrogen value chain,
  • Establish partnerships within the sector,
  • Capture business opportunities and propose solutions,
  • Respond to RFQs and lead negotiations,
  • Manage your profit and loss account.

Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit future team talents,
  • Oversee the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Management:

  • Manage career development of your team members,
  • Oversee project performance and goal achievement,
  • Support skills development through training and project leadership.
